Burton Joyce Parish Council  is responsible for the up keep of the following items

Poplars Sports Ground is a large modern facility and home to multiple senior and junior football teams, cricket team, archery and lawn bowls team

This well used play area in the heart of Burton Joyce is popular with parents and children from 2 to 15 years old

  1. Adjacent to St Helen’s Church, the cemetery is primarily for the benefit of Burton Joyce residents. The grounds and structures are jointly managed by the Parish Clerk and Ground & Amenities team.

Hidden away at the top of Willow Wong behind the Burton Joyce Primary School is a quiet green area called the Grove.

  1. The Parish Council manages and offers for rent 80+ allotment plots at this site primarily for Burton Joyce residents, contact the Parish Office for details of current availability and charges

Dedicated to The Fallen of two World Wars this Memorial in the village centre is the focus of thoughts and activities during The Remembrance Sunday in November

Next to the Cross Keys in the Village is a small floral memorial for Princess Diana

Formerly a responsibility of the County Council, and now cut and managed by Parish Council staff
