PARK TEMPORARILY CLOSED
It is with great reluctance that the Roberts Recreation Ground will be temporarily closed from the 11th January 2021 as the ground has become dangerously slippery from the recent heavy use combined with wet weather. The Parish Council is currently working with ‘The Friends of Roberts Recreation Ground’ to seek funding for long term improvements to the park, which includes addressing the problem with the surfaces during the winter months. The current closure will be reviewed on a weekly basis and, lockdown measures permitting, will re-open as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
