Get active at the Poplars Sports Ground

The Poplars Sports Ground is home to Burton Joyce Archery Club, Burton Joyce Bowls Club, Burton Joyce Cricket Club, Burton Joyce Football Club, Burton Joyce Petanque Club,  and U3A Walking Netball.

The Sports Ground comprises a state-of-the-art 3G all-weather 7-a-side pitch which converts to two 5-a-side pitches, numerous full-size grass football pitches, a full-size cricket square, bowling green and clubhouse and recently extended petanque pistes.

There are open air facilities for keep-fit and other sports as well as indoor facilities for pastimes such as Yoga, as well as a fully licenced pavilion and function room.
